I run Chandra's Luxurious Hub and Lal Chand Agency, making the day-to-day decisions that keep apparel export, manufacturing, wholesale, and FMCG retail operations moving.

At Chandra's Luxurious Hub, I manage budgeting, pricing, sourcing, staffing, sales, GST compliance, and export documentation. I grew the business 30% year over year by improving internal processes and expanding from Delhi to PAN-India and export markets.

I lead 40+ staff across manufacturing, warehousing, sales, and retail, while directly handling hiring, scheduling, vendor negotiations, cash flow, and customer relationships. I also built Amazon and IndiaMART sales channels from zero and manage listings, promotions, and pricing across B2B and B2C channels.

I approach decisions through explicit trade-offs: margin, capacity, payment terms, demand, working capital, and long-term customer value. I'm looking to apply this hands-on small-business operating perspective to improving how AI systems reason about real business scenarios.
