I’m looking to grow in payment operations where I can manage payment gateway workflows and digital wallets, ensure secure transaction accuracy, and take ownership of issue resolution while supporting and developing a strong operations team.

I’m a Payment Operations professional with experience in digital wallet management and payment gateway operations. I’ve focused on keeping payment processing secure, accurate, and efficient, while monitoring payment channels and verifying transactions to prevent operational issues.

I advanced from Payment Associate to Payment Gateway Team Leader at Port City BPO due to strong operational performance. In that role, I led daily payment gateway operations, supervised an operational team, managed Bangladesh wallet accounts, and ensured proper wallet balance monitoring across multiple payment channels.

I’m hands-on with investigating and resolving payment-related operational issues, maintaining transaction accuracy, and improving operational efficiency. I enjoy process coordination, problem solving, and working with internal teams to support reliable payment processing systems and consistent results.
