What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead payments and credit-card platform delivery in regulated environments, driving secure migrations (ETL/data validation/reconciliation) and certification work while mentoring teams and partnering closely with banking stakeholders and payment networks.

I’m an Associate Tech Lead focused on fintech and financial systems, specializing in credit card platform work, payment switch development, and large-scale data migration. I lead end-to-end migrations—from data mapping and ETL to pipeline development, validation, and reconciliation across complex banking environments.

I work closely with banking stakeholders, payment networks, and third-party vendors to deliver secure and compliant payment solutions. I’ve supported VISA certification and compliance activities, led host certification initiatives, and helped implement mandatory payment network developments and enhancements.

On the engineering side, I bring strong backend expertise in Java, Go (GoLang), C++, Node.js, and Python for automation and data validation. I mentor and lead small engineering teams while driving delivery in regulated, mission-critical environments, with a focus on quality through code review and system design.
