I'm currently leading end-to-end quality assurance for Tata Consultancy Services' FactoryWorks Pulse Program (V2.9), a large-scale MES implementation. I built a Playwright framework from scratch with HTML reporting, GitHub-integrated Trace Viewer debugging, and Allure reporting while managing validation, regression, system, and OS patch testing.
At HCLTech, I supported Critical Manufacturing MES implementations across Medtronic sites including North Haven, Nellcor, El Lago, and SIMA. I contributed through requirement gathering, DHR data extraction, data modeling, ERP integration testing, configuration testing, validation deliverables, and BDD framework development.
Across Capgemini, Cognizant, and Miramed Ajuba Solutions, I've automated banking, insurance, healthcare, Guidewire, and mainframe applications using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows. I've also led QA teams, developed reusable automation components, and maintained audit-ready validation documentation in regulated environments.
