I am a dedicated Electrical Engineering graduate and experienced quality professional specializing in CMM programming, precision inspection and QA processes for automotive components. Over three years I have programmed and operated Mitutoyo CMMs, developed inspection standards and check sheets, performed in-house gauge calibration, and supported incoming and setup inspections for OEM suppliers.
I consistently apply 5S, Kaizen and basic SPC to improve quality and prevent recurrence, and I am comfortable using profile projectors, VMM, roughness and hardness testers, spectrometers and universal testing machines. I am a quick learner with a disciplined, punctual work ethic who collaborates well in teams and independently to meet organizational goals.
