At Linamar Manufacturing, I performed dimensional layouts for PPAP, first-off, in-process, and receiving inspections. I also created Calypso CMM programs on Zeiss equipment to inspect production parts.
I inspected welded brackets visually and assisted with Liquid Penetrant Testing to identify surface defects. I also supported capability studies, issued non-conformance reports, and communicated inspection findings to quality and production colleagues.
Earlier at Linamar Manufacturing, I trained as a Gauge Technician and worked as a CNC Machine Operator. I hold CSWIP 3.1 and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer credentials, along with an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Applied Manufacturing Management – Design Integration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
