At EXCELON Technologies, I program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines to inspect dimensions and verify product conformance against engineering drawings and CAD files.
I also document inspection findings and supported root cause analysis while working as a Quality Control Inspector at EXCELON Technologies.
Earlier, at Creative Engineering Solution (CES), I set up and operated Vertical Machining Centres, adjusted machine parameters and tooling, and interpreted mechanical drawings for precision machining.
My technical work includes PC-DMIS CAD++ 2022.1, Siemens NX, GD&T, and inspection instruments such as micrometres and vernier callipers. I hold a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering from S J(Govt) Polytechnic.
