What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional, distributed teams where I can improve team maturity, delivery predictability, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

At Camsdata Technologies, I led Agile delivery for two Scrum teams supporting Advance Auto Parts' inventory management and B2C delivery platforms across the US and India.

I increased velocity from 45 to 56 story points in six months and reduced average sprint cycle time from 18 to 14.4 days through sprint optimization, estimation discipline, flow improvement, and dependency management.

Previously at Virtusa, I supported Google Hangouts and Google Pixel Watch with distributed Scrum teams, building Jira dashboards that improved delivery transparency and reduced weekly status meeting effort by 35%.
