At BlueFlame Labs, I work as a Salesforce / MuleSoft Developer on the Solvd project, handling daily client-assigned Salesforce tasks across multiple workstreams.
I develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. I also configure Agentforce agents, including their actions and Data Cloud 360 grounding.
On the enterprise support engagement, I integrated PandaDoc with Salesforce to generate contracts from Opportunity records, reducing manual document preparation time. I also supported DocuSign and Data Cloud 360 implementations.
For Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations, I designed and deployed flows connecting Salesforce to external systems through REST APIs. I used Nebula Logger for error handling and logging, and secured outbound calls with Named and External Credentials and OAuth 2.0.
