At Corro Health, I manage outstanding healthcare claims across payer portals and Epic, reducing days in AR and accelerating cash collections through disciplined follow-up and aging-bucket management.

I investigate denials, prepare appeals, submit clean claims with CPT/ICD coding, verify eligibility and authorizations, and reconcile EOBs, ERAs, payments, and adjustments. I maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation while working with carriers, provider offices, and billing teams to resolve claim issues.

I build MIS dashboards and AR reporting in Excel and Power BI, translating payer performance and aging trends into leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations. I also identify process gaps, support audits, manage escalated accounts, and train junior staff on Epic and payer-portal workflows.

Previously at R1 RCM, I supported claims submission, status follow-up, payment posting, eligibility verification, and denial triage. I also created an AR rejection root-cause tracking initiative using Jira and Excel to standardize escalations and surface recurring payer, provider, and CPT/ICD rejection patterns.
