What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply Dynamics 365 development and support skills, work in Agile teams, tackle migrations, and grow into cloud/DevOps responsibilities.

I am a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with around 2 years of experience across development, customization, and technical support. I have worked on configuration, entity customization, sitemap changes, JavaScript business logic, model-driven apps and Power Apps interfaces.

At Sonata Software I moved from training into a developer role and then into technical support, contributing to D365 application development and resolving customer incidents. I participated in Agile/Scrum teams, managed backlog items, and validated Power Apps features and integrations.

Notable project work includes customization of forms, ribbons, entities and business process flows for a 20-person project, and serving as a Digital Functional Consultant on a global 300+ person Microsoft support project handling tenant-to-tenant, geo and data center migrations and storage/capacity issues.

I bring strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills, hands-on experience with tenant and geo migrations, and a continuous learning mindset—currently expanding into AWS DevOps and related CI/CD and cloud technologies.
