At Datamatics GlobalServicesLimited, I manage Accounts Payable P2P operations for US-based and domestic clients using SAP and Oracle ERP systems. I research invoice discrepancies, oversee invoice approvals, and address issues raised by employees and vendors.
I guide new clients through the P2P process and coordinate daily workloads and performance tracking for the team. I also prepare MIS reports for senior management and have directed domestic and international project transitions.
Earlier, at WriterInformation, I managed team activities, client requirements, escalations, and P&L monitoring. Across my accounts payable work, I’ve supported process improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives, including a Six Sigma project that saved six people on an international project.
