At Periscope Technology, I maintain repo-wide CI quality gates for DexCare Provider Data Management and build Docker images and Helm configuration for Kubernetes deployments on AWS. I also fixed a pre-push hook that failed only on Windows by correcting shell quoting.
I designed and rolled out a shared component for two product modules, and reverse-engineered an undocumented service API, verified its 16 operations, and published a Postman collection for onboarding. Earlier, I built a Python conversational AI system and evaluation pipelines at UT Arlington, and backend services in C# and ASP.NET at Iolite Softwares. I also built a PR-writer CLI that I still use.
