I’m an Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in power distribution systems, specializing in technical troubleshooting, customer issue resolution, preventive maintenance, and electrical operations across the utility and energy sector.
At Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), I’ve resolved outage, feeder interruption, transformer failure, and meter-related faults, coordinated troubleshooting and restoration for 11/33kV overhead and underground distribution systems, and acted as a technical liaison between customers, field technicians, and operational teams to improve service delivery.
I also support network expansion and engineering delivery through relay coordination studies, grounding system design, and technical system evaluations using ETAP and PSCAD, while preparing technical and operational reports for outage management and system performance analysis. I’m now seeking remote Technical Support / Product Support / Application / Customer Success / Technical Account opportunities.
