What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can apply circuit design, electrical installation, and documentation skills, while supporting safe, reliable power systems and delivering strong customer-focused operations in a collaborative team.

I’m an Electrical/Electronic Technology graduate with strong expertise in circuit analysis, electrical design, and system installation. I combine technical knowledge with educational psychology to communicate clearly and work effectively within diverse teams.

In parallel, I’ve gained practical operational experience managing a digital utility services platform serving over 327+ customers. I handled transactions (6814+), customer support, and reliable service delivery—building trust through organization and problem-solving.

Professionally, I’ve supported teams as an Administrative Assistant by preparing reports, official documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. I also provided basic IT and technical support for staff operations, alongside careful documentation management.

For my hands-on technical work, I designed and implemented a Three-Phase System Detector to detect phase failure, improving reliability and safety in power distribution.
