What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and run operational decision systems end to end - human-in-the-loop governance, append-only audit trails, and AI-assisted classification, then ship reliably into production. I want environments where decision architecture matters and teams stay accountable.

I build the operational systems a business runs on, and I run them. After fifteen-plus years in credit risk, I learned to turn messy inputs into decisions that survive an audit.

Now I build software the same way—hands-on—classifying inputs, keeping a human in control of what matters, and recording why every decision was made. As an Independent Software & Decision-Systems Consultant, I deliver end-to-end decision/triage pipelines, CRM and process automation, and multi-agent software-delivery pipelines that orchestrate decomposition, implementation, review, and shipping into production, with RAG/memory for the agents.

Earlier, I led credit-decision operations: onboarding and credit-committee approval workflows, an internal scoring model, and counterparty CRM linking transactions, limits, and external data. At EuroChem, I owned credit risk across regions and built a score → approve → control decision pipeline in production with automated scoring via external providers over API, plus automated control points and limit checks, supported by self-developed Python automation.
