I’m looking to build and run operational decision systems end to end - human-in-the-loop governance, append-only audit trails, and AI-assisted classification, then ship reliably into production. I want environments where decision architecture matters and teams stay accountable.

@victorlipov
Decision-systems engineer building audit-ready operational and AI decision software, shipping to production with human-in-the-loop control.
What I'm looking for
I build the operational systems a business runs on, and I stay on to run them - not dashboards or advice, but the working software that carries the daily operation.
Fifteen years in credit risk taught me to turn messy inputs into decisions that survive an audit. I ended as Head of Credit Risk at EuroChem Group, owning risk across all sales regions over a ~EUR 500M trade-receivables portfolio, where I built a score → approve → control decision pipeline in production. Before that, corporate lending and structured finance at UniCredit Bank on project finance, M&A and restructuring deals up to EUR 30M. In Dubai I built a credit-decision operation from the ground up and led a team of ~10.
I build software with the same spine: classify the inputs, keep a human in control of what matters, and record why every decision was made.
Recent work for mid-market clients: a procurement decision system for a German industrial manufacturer, built and demonstrated on 109 real notices, which matches each public notice against the client’s catalog with a rules-and-LLM ensemble and routes bid/no-bid to a human over an append-only audit trail. A retrofit operations platform I built, shipped and still run - 5 roles, 19 stages, 96% process conformance - carrying a process-mining engine from version one. A product configurator computing ~9,000 valid configurations per line from a couple dozen database rows, whose live catalog API became the matching engine of the procurement system above.
Today I direct a multi-agent delivery pipeline I built and run in my own production, hard-gated on QA, security and GDPR review. The value was never the typing - it is deciding which problems are worth a system, and staying on the hook when they ship.
