I’m looking for a role where I can own analytics end-to-end—A/B experimentation, retention and segmentation modeling, and production-grade data systems—delivering measurable impact with strong statistical rigor and modern tooling (dbt, SQL/BigQuery, and LLM integration).

I’m a Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience building analytical systems and statistical models that produce measurable business outcomes. At Félix (fintech, Series B), I work end-to-end—from dbt mart architecture and retention frameworks to A/B experimentation and LLM API integration—often with impact presented at Co-founder and COO level.

I specialize in turning data into decisions: I owned A/B experimentation across retention and engagement, using two-proportion z-tests and cohort analysis to guide product choices. I also built the Retention AI Report from scratch, integrating LLM API, statistical testing, and friction signal decomposition to deliver proactive ranked insights to 29 stakeholders weekly.

My work consistently reaches production and stays there. I developed a statistical segmentation model predicting next-transaction probability via transaction variance coefficient, achieving +$4,500 gross profit/month and +1,000 incremental active users/month after A/B validation—and it runs autonomously in production. I also co-developed the company North Star metric (% frictionless remittances), standardizing definitions across teams and getting executive adoption.

Beyond analytics, I strengthen the infrastructure that makes insights scalable: I designed dbt mart architecture that unified 122 independent queries into 2 shared marts (~98% reduction in redundant computation) and led the Metabase → Omni migration (36 dashboards to 6).
