At Travix (Trip.com Group), I led payments and checkout teams across Amsterdam and Shanghai through a platform migration, PCI DSS 4.0, and a reorganization, with no loss in results. I migrated payment traffic across ~45 websites to Trip.com’s platform by February 2025.
I stepped in as interim EM for a payments team that was losing people, reset expectations with the business, and doubled the team within a year. I also helped engineers grow into bigger roles and set up a Design System team with a Figma-to-code design-token pipeline.
Earlier, I built backend and frontend for a distributed payment platform at Travix and backend services at Ticketmaster. After a planned career break, including maternity leave, I’m excited to return to building teams that trust each other and ship work they’re proud of.
