What I'm looking for
I’m an ICT and business systems specialist with strong hands-on experience supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting banking and enterprise systems. I’m known for keeping operations running smoothly through incident detection, escalation, and clear reporting.
In my recent role, I supported the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of mission-critical financial systems for corporate clients. I handled installation, configuration, testing, and deployment, maintained operational records, and coordinated with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
I also bring practical expertise in secure operations. I’ve supported system security, access controls, and compliance procedures, including provisioning virtual desktop environments via VMware Horizon and enabling secure remote diagnostics through Sophos VPN and AnyDesk.
Previously, I configured and administered enterprise ICT environments, including cybersecurity monitoring tools and identity controls. I worked with Darktrace, Kaspersky, Sophos XG Firewall, Active Directory and Group Policy to harden the environment, improve incident response time, and deliver reliable, stable services while upholding confidentiality and operational procedures.
