What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue delivering high-risk maternal and neonatal care with strong clinical leadership—driving PMTCT, antenatal/labour quality, and evidence-based quality improvement through audits, patient-safety protocols, and mentorship.

I am a dedicated Senior Midwifery Officer with fourteen (14) years of working experience, providing comprehensive, evidence-based maternity care within high-risk settings. I have handled over one thousand (1000) uneventful births and lead emergency obstetric care, including fetal and maternal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation, while supporting family planning and comprehensive abortion care services.

I am committed to compassionate care with visible clinical leadership to junior nurses and midwives, Physician Assistants, House officers, and allied health professionals, while maintaining high standards of clinical practice. Currently, I serve as the Antenatal Clinic Unit Head, overseeing PMTCT (HIV, Hepatitis B, Syphilis and other STIs) and driving quality improvement through audits, evidence-based guideline implementation, and 5S–Kaizen to enhance patient safety.
