As a Senior Nursing Officer, I supervise critical care nursing staff, provide training on emergency procedures, and ensure quality care for critically ill patients. My role includes developing protocols, conducting performance appraisals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

In this role, I led the recovery and emergency wards, providing critical care nursing and training staff on emergency response and patient management. I also participated in procurement meetings and developed educational programs for patients and staff.

As a Nurse Lead, I managed critical care nursing operations, provided airway management, and conducted patient education. I ensured compliance with quality standards and facilitated training for nursing staff.

During my national service, I provided general nursing care, assisting in various departments including emergency and recovery units, gaining valuable experience in patient care and teamwork.

Completed a Master of Science in Advance Nursing Practice, focusing on advanced clinical skills and leadership in nursing care.

Studied Critical Care Nursing, gaining specialized skills in managing critically ill patients in various settings.

Earned a Registered General Nurse qualification, providing foundational nursing education and clinical training.
