What I'm looking for

I’m looking to return to a role in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and apply my administrative skills further in technology—bringing my detail focus, process improvement mindset, and strong stakeholder support.

I’m an accomplished administrative assistant passionate about enabling teams to do communicator, with a knack for focusing in on the details. I’m always looking for opportunities to improve process, even when process does not already exist. I’ve spent much of my career as a teacher, developing programs to connect with students and mold minds.

Most recently, as Head of department for Remote Education in Foreign Language, Sequoia Grove Unified School District, I’ve supported parents and students through updates, calendar events, and notifications. I maintain two platforms daily with updates and statistics, verify purchase orders to match curriculum needs, and help with passwords and log-in difficulties. I also troubleshoot formatting problems and data management while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, community members, and administration.

Previously, I served as a Dual Language Advisor for Curriculum & Implementation and an instructional designer for bilingual remote education, designing dual language programs while maintaining privacy of all students. I’ve administered the California English Language Development Test, trained new employees at multiple locations, and held Department of Justice clearance to maintain confidentiality of juveniles in custody. I’ve also built learning infrastructure—establishing an Apple Computer Lab for Foreign Language and completing a UCLA fellowship program to write software in Spanish to teach Math.
