I’m a Sales Manager with experience directing products to customers, preparing monthly and timely reports, and supporting customer service through Mpamba, Airtel money, and NBS agent work. I bring strong writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills to help teams and customers move forward with clarity and trust.

I also work comfortably in data collection, explaining survey objectives and procedures to interviewees, interpreting questions, and ensuring quality data through device checks. I compile, record, and code information into a predestined database, analyze authenticity by maintaining direct contact with family members, and report issues early while keeping supervisors informed.

Beyond office work, I’ve gained practical agricultural experience as a Farm Worker, including planting crops in greenhouses and open fields, weeding, supervising crop growth, and harvesting on time. I’m committed, hardworking, and effective under pressure—able to work both proactively and independently with little supervision, while staying focused on results.
