I’m looking to lead a Data Culture programme that improves employee data literacy, strengthens data governance, and drives adoption through workshops, tailored learning, and measurable reporting—working with cross-functional stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making.

I’m stepping into a Data Culture Lead role by leading a project work stream that cultivates a data-centric culture among employees as part of a broader data strategy implementation. I bring expertise in the data domain—data governance and advanced analytics—and a proven track record in enabling people and managing change through tailored data learning initiatives.

I collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives, and I design comprehensive learning programs across different target audiences.
