I'm an Informatics Engineer focused on backend development, Python, automation and software development.
During my internship at Volvo Chile, I developed a Python solution that automated the extraction and consolidation of data from PDF documents into Excel, reducing the processing of approximately 300 documents to around 5 minutes.
For my degree project, BeeCare, I worked on an AI-powered beehive monitoring solution. I prepared and processed data, trained machine learning models using TensorFlow and Keras, developed a REST API with FastAPI, and integrated Firebase and Google Cloud to process recordings and deliver predictions to a mobile application.
I also have experience with JavaScript, SQL, Git and cloud technologies, as well as professional experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
I'm currently looking for a junior software development opportunity where I can continue growing in Python and backend development, contribute to real-world products, and learn from an experienced engineering team.
