What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can support candidates and customers in high-volume workflows, using ATS and structured hiring processes, while delivering empathetic, clear communication and dependable responsiveness.

I’m a bilingual HR and recruiting specialist with more than five years of experience supporting candidates, hiring teams, and customers in fully remote, high-volume environments. I bring a strong focus on clear, respectful, and human interactions, backed by structured processes that keep hiring and support operations running smoothly.

In my roles, I serve as a primary point of contact, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy while maintaining accurate records in internal systems and ATS. I manage communication across multiple channels, guide candidates through recruitment processes, and ensure timely follow-ups that meet expectations for responsiveness and quality.

I also combine recruiting coordination with customer success and customer support—answering phone/email/chat, resolving issues, escalating when needed, and supporting team training. I’m reliable and self-managed in remote teams, and I’m at my best when I can apply active listening, organization, and continuous documentation to help people move forward confidently.
