At Electronic Solutions Import, I advise customers and sell technology products and solutions, including automotive computers, spare parts, and AI chatbots for WhatsApp. I tailor proposals to each customer's needs and close sales valued at USD 300 to 1,300 per transaction.

I manage the sales cycle from prospecting and follow-up through quotes, closing, and order coordination. I also support repair-shop parts orders and respond to customers through WhatsApp Business and other digital channels.

I organize customer and opportunity information using Excel and Google Sheets, and participate in digital marketing and social media content strategies to attract customers. I studied four terms of Advertising and Marketing at IUTA.
