I’m a detail-oriented Patient Care Technician with hands-on clinical experience in acute care and outpatient settings. I focus on safety, comfort, and clear communication while supporting nurses and providers with reliable, patient-centered care.

At Jersey Shore University Medical Center, I deliver direct patient care including hygiene assistance, feeding support, and safe patient transfers. I monitor vital signs, report abnormalities to nursing staff, perform venipuncture for laboratory testing, and prepare rooms to keep care environments clean and stocked.

I strengthen my clinical accuracy through Electronic Medical Records work in Epic, ensuring I document patient information in compliance with hospital protocols. I’ve also built strong clinical communication skills through training and hands-on patient support during exams and care transitions.

Before inpatient work, I served as an Ophthalmic Technician at Eyesouth Partners and an Optometrist Technician in private practice, where I assisted diagnostic testing, maintained electronic patient records, and supported post-operative comfort through patient counseling. I’m pursuing a nursing career because I genuinely enjoy helping patients feel cared for while doing meticulous, high-quality work.
