What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue in ophthalmology/retina care where I can deliver accurate imaging and patient support, manage EMR documentation, and keep clinic flow, triage, and billing running correctly with a caring, detail-driven approach.

I’m a Lead Opthalmic Technician with experience supporting busy retina specialists—performing efficient vision checks, building patient charts in EMR, triaging calls, and handling consent and scheduling details with care. I operate OCT, perform ophthalmic photography (including IVFA on optos), and scribe with physicians to keep visits accurate and on track.

Before leading, I worked as a CMA for high-volume specialists and as a Certified Medical Assistant handling rooming, vitals, injections, venipuncture, and EMR documentation, along with strong administrative support. I’m results-oriented and meticulous, focused on patient education, HIPAA-compliant care, and making sure billing and clinic flow are correct.
