I’m a junior IT support technician with completed higher vocational training in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) and hands-on first-line support experience. I enjoy keeping systems reliable through clear troubleshooting, careful workstation checks, and structured technical documentation. With German at B2, I’m comfortable communicating with users in a professional, service-focused way.

In my internship with EFIPROSER in Mocejón (Toledo), I supported basic administration of user accounts and permissions. I prepared, checked, and performed basic maintenance on computer equipment, and verified hardware, software, network connectivity, and Wi‑Fi. I also documented completed technical tasks and actions to support consistent follow-up and knowledge sharing.

As part of my fully remote WordPress Content Management internship with Punto del Plata FM, I published and updated WordPress posts and pages. I edited text, images, and formatting, and I checked content before publication to ensure accuracy and presentation. This experience strengthened my attention to detail and my ability to work independently across tasks.

I’m currently studying toward my Higher Technician in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) at IES Azarquiel in Toledo, with the official diploma pending issuance. I’m looking to apply my first-line IT support, Windows setup, connectivity testing (TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi), and user access support in a role that values prioritisation and solution-focused communication—remote or hybrid is preferred.
