What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered role in case management or utilization review where I can lead care coordination, improve outcomes, mentor staff, and drive quality improvements in a collaborative clinical environment.

I am a registered nurse and certified case manager with 15 years of focused case management and utilization review experience, plus earlier critical-care practice in ICU/CCU settings. I combine clinical judgment, advocacy, and strategic care coordination to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary utilization.

At MacNeal Hospital I performed concurrent and inpatient utilization reviews using Milliman (MCG) criteria and EPIC & MIDAS EMR systems, led protocol implementation, mentored junior staff, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to enhance discharge planning.
