I currently architect Western Union’s Digital Enrollment application, enabling Sales Representatives to enroll Master and Independent Agents across 160+ countries. I lead the design of data collection, document generation, digital signatures, approvals, region-specific rules, and Experience Cloud journeys.
At LTIMindtree for Ocado, I led eight developers through Lightning migration, Experience Cloud delivery, corporate expense workflows, Oracle Financials integration, and distribution-center modernization. I’ve also delivered Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA implementations for Ruby Love and Seabags, including integrations with Mailchimp, ShipStation, Facebook, Google, and Impact.
Across Red Robin, Living Proof, Roche/Genentech, GE, and GE Transportation, I’ve built and modernized Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and B2C Commerce solutions. I bring hands-on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, CPQ, integration, data migration, CI/CD, code review, and team mentorship experience to complex Salesforce delivery.
