I’m a results-driven IT professional with 7.5 years of experience spanning web development and SAP SD consulting across leading organizations. I started my career in September 2018 after graduation, and I’ve built strong adaptability and continuous growth by moving from Web Designer into SAP SD through cross-training.

I work across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process—pricing, billing, and delivery processing—while ensuring smooth system behavior for business-critical workflows. I’m proficient in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and I’ve supported and implemented solutions for global clients including Karnataka Bank, Citi Bank, Bank of Ireland, and Blue Shield of California.

In my SAP roles, I handle incident management, service requests, and change requests with a clear focus on system stability, business continuity, and adherence to SLAs. I also perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution efforts to keep operations running reliably.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially MM and FI, to manage integration issues and support testing and deployment activities.
