At Citizens, I lead design, delivery, and production support for ACH and prepaid payment applications built with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, batch processing, and secure file integrations. I modernize legacy payment workloads for AWS and EKS, using S3, EFS, HashiCorp Vault, and CI/CD automation to support resilient regulated operations.

Previously at FIS / Clear2Pay, I led a 10-person team delivering a payment origination and processing platform for Signature Bank, including FED payment-file workflows and BPEL integrations. Across 19+ years in financial services, telecom, government, and enterprise software, I've solved complex production issues, mentored engineers, and delivered durable Java platform improvements.
