Previously at Parexel, I led revenue recognition, O2C forecasting, and cross-SBU reporting across MEDCOM and CTRS portfolios. I identified and closed multimillion-dollar revenue leakage gaps, helped grow CTRS annual revenue from $100M to $120M, and was recognized by the CFO as a Key Finance Partner for O2C transformation leadership.

Owns end-to-end Opex management for a $165M+ portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Led financial modeling for a company-wide restructuring supporting Levi's $10B strategy.
Assumed full ownership of the CTRS business unit as sole Finance lead, managing a team of 2 analysts. Grew annual revenue from $100M to $120M through revenue recognition improvements and reclassification.
Served as SME for ASC 606 on the O2C transformation system, partnering with IT to align ETC/EAC framework. Owned month-end close and revenue forecasting for MEDCOM portfolio, presenting results to executives.
Managed an $85M cross-functional portfolio, auditing 342 projects and identifying $4M in revenue leakage. Designed and implemented a monthly revenue reclassification process, growing recognized revenue to $10M.
Owned monthly revenue recognition for a $20M project portfolio, preparing journal entries and reconciling actuals. Reconciled expenses and coded hours against project budgets, providing final Finance approval.
