At Wells Fargo, I partner with the Technology organization on a $700MM annual spend and approximately 3,000 FTEs. I lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and executive business reviews.
I've improved forecast accuracy to 95% through a driver-based financial model, delivered $15MM in annual vendor cost savings, and automated the end-to-end accrual process using Copilot, saving 120 annual hours per FTE.
Previously, I led global forecasting and financial reporting at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services, supported global client and P&L analysis at Orange Business Services, and managed revenue recognition and accruals at Aon India Services.
