At Alldigitech, I supported HRMS implementation across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management. I translated stakeholder requirements into functional specifications and user stories, validated migrated employee and payroll data, and conducted UAT.
I also configured leave policies, salary structures, and workflows; created HR dashboards for turnover, attendance, and payroll analysis; and provided end-user training and documentation.
Previously at Mekkvell, I collected, cleaned, and analyzed data from multiple sources, using Power BI and Excel to produce dashboards, reports, and business insights. My project experience includes HRIS for Axis Bank and ESS and HRMS for Grant Thornton, using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
