What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Salesforce quality engineering role focused on testing and automation across web and mobile platforms, where I can apply my experience with Salesforce workflows, Playwright, APIs, and CI/CD.

At Infosys, I tested Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning workflows across telecom and insurance, including service requests, work orders, appointments, and job completion.

For insurance workflows, I built reusable Playwright scripts for regression testing and integrated the automation into CI/CD pipelines. I also used Apache JMeter to analyze performance and identify bottlenecks.

I validated REST and SOAP APIs with Postman and checked backend data with SOQL. My work also included Salesforce security checks, ACCELQ automation, and functional, regression, and UAT testing.
