I’m a Director of Engineering with over 19 years of IT experience, focused on driving technical excellence through strategic guidance, collaboration, and hands-on delivery. I translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and I lead from architecture and design reviews to production sign-off.

As Director of Engineering at OPTX Solutions, I partner directly with the CTO and leadership teams to co-develop technical strategy and execute initiatives that increase engineering velocity and improve practices. I direct large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects, diagnosing system-wide challenges and delivering robust solutions across scoping, testing, deployment, and operations.

I’ve led enterprise-grade cloud platform work using RESTful Web APIs, SaaS architecture, and Azure services. I also build real-time data pipelines and integration solutions with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Talend, including CDC-based streaming applications, event-driven infrastructure, and data validation to verify integrity between source and target systems.

I bring deep technical leadership in C#.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, microservices, Docker, and streaming/data technologies such as Kafka and Debezium. Across my roles (Technical Manager, Lead Engineer, and Software Engineer), I’ve recruited and mentored high-performing teams, strengthened coding standards and quality controls, and helped organizations accelerate delivery while ensuring product reliability and performance.
