I’m a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of enterprise experience building, stabilizing, and optimizing complex production systems. I’m known for taking ownership of challenging codebases, improving system reliability, and delivering long-term architectural improvements.

For nearly 4 years, I worked on a mission-critical public safety platform for a US client, supporting 50+ law enforcement agencies. I enhanced NIBRS (National Incident-Based Reporting System) features, implemented real-time dispatch systems, and resolved long-standing production issues that impacted end users. I also progressively redesigned the application UI and architecture to modernize usability and long-term maintainability.

On the engineering side, I built and stabilized microservice-based integrations for secure data exchange across multiple public safety systems. I integrated SignalR to enable live updates across emergency dispatch and reporting, and I delivered a multi-dimensional crime analytics dashboard to help agencies identify trends and optimize resource deployment. I also led an enterprise license management system with role-based permissions and entity-level access control, supporting administrator-driven user limits and feature access across agencies while mentoring a team of 4-6 developers.

I bring strong AI integration experience as well—building AI-powered applications like conversational chatbots and automated messaging systems using Claude and OpenAI APIs. Earlier, I developed an e-commerce/document platform on nopCommerce with payment gateways, e-signature APIs, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, and I built Python-based data analysis projects to support cleaning, exploration, statistical analysis, and visualization.
