I am a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing Specialist with around 6 years of experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations. My career has focused on helping healthcare providers manage their revenue cycle efficiently, improve claim accuracy, reduce denials, and maintain timely reimbursements.

My core experience includes insurance eligibility and benefits verification, charge entry, claim creation and submission, clearinghouse workflows, payment posting, EOB/ERA review, denial management, AR follow-up, insurance and payer calls, prior authorization, credentialing, payer enrollment, claim corrections, and reimbursement follow-up. I am comfortable reviewing claims and identifying issues related to patient demographics, insurance coverage, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, authorization, timely filing, modifiers, documentation, and payer requirements.

I have supported several healthcare specialties, including Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, Primary Care, Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy, Home Health Care, and DME. I am particularly interested in U.S. healthcare operations because each specialty and payer has different requirements, which makes continuous learning and problem-solving an important part of my work.

I have worked with various EHR/EMR, billing, clearinghouse, and payer systems, including Office Ally, SimplePractice, eClinicalWorks, MedPex/MedPyx, and RXNT, along with Availity, Medicare/Medicare-related portals, and many commercial and government insurance portals. I am also comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly to different client workflows.

Beyond billing, my professional background includes call center/customer support, appointment scheduling, email communication and marketing, administrative coordination, and management consulting. These experiences have strengthened my communication, organization, follow-up, problem-solving, and client-service abilities.

I am especially interested in remote U.S. healthcare opportunities where I can use my RCM knowledge while continuing to expand my expertise in healthcare operations, home health, behavioral health, DME, payer processes, and technology-driven workflows. I enjoy working in detail-oriented environments, solving billing and reimbursement challenges, collaborating with healthcare teams, and finding practical ways to make workflows more accurate and efficient.

My long-term goal is to continue growing as a well-rounded U.S. healthcare RCM professional, taking on greater responsibility in billing operations, denial and AR management, payer communication, team coordination, and healthcare revenue optimization.
