I’m an experienced U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional with 5 years of hands-on experience. I focus on full-cycle billing and revenue recovery—especially where accuracy, payer follow-up, and timely resolution make the difference.

In my current Freelance Medical Billing Specialist role (Remote, Sep 2022 – Present), I manage end-to-end medical billing for U.S. provider accounts. I handle claim submission, payment posting, A/R follow-up, denial resolution, and collections, while analyzing denied and underpaid claims to maximize reimbursement and improve revenue recovery.

Previously at BellMedEx as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist (Mar 2022 – Sep 2022), I reviewed aging reports and investigated unpaid claims through payer follow-up. I resolved billing variances and reimbursement discrepancies to improve account accuracy and collections, and I also strengthened client-facing communication to support timely claim resolution.

Before that, at CareCloud as an Account Manager OPS / Medical Billing Specialist (Nov 2020 – Mar 2022), I supported full RCM workflows including claim submission, payment posting, eligibility verification, and A/R follow-up. I worked to reduce denials by resolving claim rejections, improving first-pass resolution, and minimizing rework—guided by HIPAA-compliant, quality-first billing operations.
