At Shah Trading Company, I coordinate import and export operations across air, ocean, rail, and road while keeping shipments compliant with trade, customs, transport, and GMP requirements.

I plan inbound and outbound shipments, optimize routes, monitor multi-site inventory, and prepare demand forecasts using MRP tools. I also investigate shortages and discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Previously at Burnac Produce, I coordinated cross-border perishable shipments and validated documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and CUSMA certificates. I worked with suppliers, brokers, and freight forwarders to resolve documentation issues and maintain accurate supplier and shipment records.

My earlier work at Xerox India LLP strengthened my data accuracy, technical support, customer service, and cross-functional problem-solving skills. I bring hands-on procurement, vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and systems experience across SAP, Dynamics NAV, Tally ERP, Salesforce, WMS, and ShipStation.
