I defined integration requirements for an in-house ERP deployment, improving inventory visibility and control while reducing client supply chain turnaround time from 5 days to 1 day. I also helped reduce trade-in fraud, delivering approximately $2M USD in shrink loss savings.
At the University of Florida, Smathers Libraries, I conducted a feasibility study for a transcription platform and developed Python image-processing models for statistical analysis. I hold an M.S. in Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University and am HIPAA General Certified.
