What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a team that ships fast, owns problems end to end, and gives engineers real ownership. I'm based in India and comfortable with 4–5 hours of US overlap or async-first teams. Open to full-time (via EOR) or contract.

I'm a backend engineer (5+ years) moving deeper into AI engineering, and I'm looking for a remote role at a small-to-mid-size startup building LLM-powered products. I want to work on the backend side of AI: RAG pipelines, agents and agentic workflows, and the infrastructure that takes them from prototype to reliable production.

I currently lead a small team extending a production RAG pipeline for a client (Python, LangChain, Temporal, Pinecone, AWS). Before that I spent years building serverless systems on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and PostgreSQL, and mentoring engineers.
