Chinta Varshith Reddy

I’m a B.Tech Data Science and Engineering graduate from IIT Mandi, focused on backend engineering, full-stack systems, and AI-enabled workflow applications. I enjoy building reliable APIs, clean database models, and production-style systems that are testable, containerized, and easy to reason about.

My projects include a full-stack Inventory & Order Management System with 13+ REST endpoints, a React/Mantine frontend, PostgreSQL, Docker Compose, and Alembic migrations. I implemented order placement as a single atomic database transaction that validates stock, deducts inventory, snapshots purchase price, and fully rolls back on failure.

I also built HirePilot AI, an AI workflow application that converts job descriptions into structured missions, extracts requirements, matches candidate evidence, separates evidence fit from interview risk, and generates focused practice plans. Beyond web systems, I’ve built a multithreaded mini-Redis-style TCP key-value store in C++ with LRU/TTL support and a Python Binance Futures Testnet trading bot using signed REST APIs and HMAC SHA256 authentication.

I’ve also served as a Teaching Assistant for a 300+ student Data Science course at IIT Mandi, where I supported labs, viva evaluations, grading, and student mentoring. I’m currently looking for software engineering, backend, Python, full-stack, and data-oriented roles where I can build useful systems and grow with strong engineering teams.
