I’m an Industrial Networking and OT Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting industrial Ethernet, wireless, and cloud-connected OT networks. I’ve worked across Belden and Cisco ecosystems, delivering technical support to global customers across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
In my current role as a Solution Support Engineer (Networking and Cloud) at Belden CIC, I resolve 2000+ global cases and build L2/L3 architectures with VLANs, wireless networks, and secure Horizon VPN access for industrial OT environments. I’m deeply focused on redundancy, fault diagnostics, and high availability—covering STP/RSTP, MRP/PRP/HSR, ERPS, VRRP, OSPF/BGP, and reliable failover behavior.
I combine strong troubleshooting with automation and analytics, using Ansible, Python, Node-RED, and REST APIs to streamline configuration deployment and device backup workflows. I also strengthen secure OT-to-cloud ingestion through VPN technologies and edge analytics, supported by certifications including AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials and Ansible technical automation.
