What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations where I can contribute my recruitment expertise and support organizational workforce requirements.

At Tellus SolutionsInc., I managed end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and resume screening to submissions and hiring follow-ups.

I identified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and professional networking platforms. I evaluated profiles against technical and functional requirements and conducted preliminary interviews.

I coordinated client interviews, submissions, and feedback across IT, engineering, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and other specialized industries. I also handled rate negotiations and W2, C2C, and 1099 employment arrangements.

I maintained candidate databases and recruitment pipelines using Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking processes. I'm seeking an opportunity in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
