I've architected Walmart Business from 0 to production, building a B2B microservices platform for approximately 12 million U.S. buyers. I led its technical vision, domain modelling, distributed-system design, and cross-region execution.

I re-architected Walmart's delivery ecosystem with order sharding, distributed inventory reservation, and asynchronous shipment orchestration, improving throughput by 20%. My platform roadmap and architecture standards have influenced more than 100 engineers across India and the US.

Previously, I built Yaari Digital's 50+ person backend engineering organization and architected B2C and B2B commerce platforms serving 50 million users across 500+ cities. I also delivered its seller platform and Order Management System from 0 to 1 using event-driven order, inventory, and fulfilment systems with Kafka and Cassandra.

Across Airtel, Yatra, Ericsson, RBS, and Cognizant, I've designed enterprise integrations, corporate travel platforms, real-time telecom charging systems, and smart metering systems processing 500M+ energy readings daily. I enjoy setting long-term architecture direction, building reliable distributed platforms, and mentoring engineers into Staff and Principal roles.
