Vara Rahul Rajana

I am a B.Tech student at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, pivoting into web development with a strong foundation in software engineering and problem solving. I combine academic rigor from a biotechnology program with hands-on web engineering experience.

As a remote Web Development Intern I managed website maintenance, implemented SEO strategies, and used analytics to drive performance improvements. I prioritize reliability, user experience, and data-driven decision making in production sites.

I have built several full-stack projects: a modern URL shortener with authentication, QR generation, and real-time analytics; a MERN e-commerce platform with Stripe payments and admin dashboards; and a PWA hyper-local anonymous notice board with geolocation and offline support. These projects demonstrate my ability to design scalable architectures, integrate APIs, and deliver responsive UIs.

I hold certifications in Postman API fundamentals and React frontend development, and I have contributed to open-source projects and hackathons. I enjoy collaborating in fast-paced teams, improving features through feedback, and learning new technologies to ship impactful products.
